This Resoure Book is one of the products of the international seminar "South-East-North: The Future of Human Rights Education". From 23-27 October 1995, nearly 30 leading human rights educationalist from 23 nations in Africa, Asia, Latin America, North America and Europe gathered in Soesterberg, the Netherlands to participate in this seminar, organised by the Netherlands Helsinki Committee.
