[psych-hr] Research on attitudes related to the right to education

Dear Colleagues,

I am a psychologist. I have been working on compulsory education,
legislation, and the right of the child to education. I want to
investigate attitudes, values and beliefs related to the right of the
child to education. I would appreciate some bibligraphical references to
get started. Is anyone alreadyplanning any such study - I would not mind
being part of a larger comparative study.
