[psych-hr] Seeking degree programmes in curriculum support to immigrants

I have a masters degree in special education and I would like to get a PhD
in human rights education/peace education/psychological and curriculum
support offered to immigrants by their accepting schools. I would like to
know if the UN is offering a degree or which other european schools
specialize in the above mentionned areas.

I would be very grateful if any one answered my letter
