Seeking literature on Cognitive Processes in Citizenship Education

Dear Colleagues,

I am currently a doctoral student in McGill University's Educational
Psychology program. In order to further my work, I am wondering if any
members may know of literature/research on the topic of cognitive processes
involved in citizenship education, e.g., problem-solving, decision-making,
and/or critical thinking skills.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Kevin Chin
