2003 International Rule of Law Award (ABA Section of International Law and Practice) Nominations are sought for the 2003 International Rule of Law Award, given each year by the section to recognize distinguished foreign human rights lawyers who have suffered persecution because of their professional activities. The 2001 award was given to the family of Rosemary Nelson, a solicitor from Northern Ireland. The 2002 award will be given during the Section's Spring Meeting in May. There is no particular form for nominations, and the Section Chair and the International Human Rights Committee choose the final nominee. Please contact Professor Mark E. Wojcik at The John Marshall Law School, 7wojcik@jmls.edu, for more information. Nominations are due by April 10, 2003. ========== Psychology and Human Rights listserv ========== Send mail intended for the list to <psychology-humanrights-l@hrea.org>.
