[huridocs-tech] The website for the Electronic Security and Digital Privacy Manual launched

We've just launched the online version of the Digital Security and Privacy
for Human Rights Defenders manual. The website offers an easier way for
people to read the manual, browse through the different links and possibly
contribute to later on. It also provides a much better platform for
translation.
