[huridocs-tech] WSIS: Parallel events - Submission deadlines.

In regards to the upcoming WSIS summit in Tunisia (nov 2005) , i've just
learned that the deadline for proposing a "parallel event" is april 1.

I've asked for further details and have been promised that details will be
forthcoming by end of this well. i'll post details when I get them
