Martus Client version 2.0.1 is released!  The software is now freely 
available for download at http://www.martus.org, and the user documentation 
(in all available languages) can be viewed/downloaded at 
http://www.martus.org/downloads/.

This latest version is available in English/Spanish/Russian/French, and a 
description of major recent enhancements are below:

Changes from version 2.0 to version 2.0.1
- French translation introduced
- Installer changes to allow upgrading in non-English Windows 98 and ME
- Addition of multi-file (floppy disk) option on download site (for users 
with slow internet connections or no cd drive)
- A horizontal scrollbar was added for customized field grids.

Changes from version 1.5 to version 2.0
- Multiple Headquarter accounts can be set up, to allow more than one 
person to review your bulletins.
- Headquarters accounts can send bulletins to a server on behalf of a field 
desk that does not have internet access.
- Custom Fields functionality has been extended to allow creation of custom 
fields of different types  (e.g. date, grid/table, Yes/No, multi-line text).
- Private data can be hidden when printing
- Additional bulletin data displayed includes: last-saved date, 
confirmation of whether a bulletin was successfully sent to server or not, 
and which Headquarters accounts can view the private data in this bulletin
- Online help is searchable
- User preferences can be set to disallow public bulletins for security reasons
- A new open source Windows installer (NSIS) can be run in non-latin 
alphabets.
- The previous Quick Erase functionality has been replaced by two menu 
items:  "Delete My Data" which removes all of the current account's 
information; and "Delete All Data and Remove Martus" (only to be used in 
emergency cases) which removes all accounts' information and uninstalls Martus
- For bulletin searching by users without access to native-language 
keyboards, the user can use either English 'and' and 'or', or the 
translated equivalents.
- A new "Saved Bulletins" folder replaces the Outbox, Sent Bulletins and 
Draft bulletins folders

¡Se lanza la versión 2.0.1 del cliente de Martus! El software ya está

Esta última versión está disponible en inglés / español / ruso / francés, y 
la descripción de los aumentos recientes más importantes está abajo:

Cambios de la versión 2.0 a la versión 2.0.1
- La traducción de Francés fue introducida
- Cambios en el instalador para permitir actualizaciones en versiones 
no-Ingleses de Windows 98 y Windows ME
- Adición de la opción para bajar el programa en partes (disquetes floppy) 
en la página de download (para usuarios con conexión lenta al Internet o 
sin disquetera CD)
- Se agrega una barra de desplazamiento horizontal para los mapas en los

Cambios de la versión 1.5 a la versión 2.0
- Múltiples cuentas de Oficinas centrales se pueden configurar, permitiendo 
que varias personas puedan revisar sus boletines.
- Oficinas centrales pueden enviar boletines a un servidor a nombre de sus 
oficinas regionales que no tengan acceso a Internet.
- Los campos personalizados han sido extendidos para que pueda crear campos 
personalizados de varios tipos  (ej. fecha, mapa, Sí/No, texto de líneas 
múltiples).
- Datos privados pueden ser escondidos al imprimir
- Datos adicionales de un boletín que se exhiben incluye: la última fecha 
guardado, confirmación de si el boletín ha sido enviado al servidor o no, y 
cuales cuentas de Oficina central tienen permiso de ver datos privados de 
ese boletín.
- Puede ejecutar búsquedas en la ayuda en línea.
- En las Preferencias del usuario se puede indicar si no permite boletines 
públicos por motivos de seguridad.
- Un nuevo programa de instalación de Windows (NSIS) de código 
abierto/libre se puede usar para alfabetos no-latinos.
- La característica previa "Borra-Todo" ha sido reemplazada por dos 
acciones: "Eliminar mis datos" que elimina los boletines y la clave de su 
cuenta; y "Eliminar todos los datos y remover Martus" (sólo para uso en 
emergencias) que desinstala Martus y elimina toda la información de todas 
las cuentas.
- Para usuarios buscando boletines que no tengan teclados en sus idiomas 
nativos, tienen la opción de usar los términos 'y' y 'o', o sus 
equivalentes en los idiomas del programa.
- La nueva carpeta "Boletines guardados" reemplaza a la "Bandeja de 
salida", "Boletines enviados" y "Borradores".
