SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: Relaunch of Digital Opportunity Channel

Dear Subscriber,

We are going to re-launch Digital Opportunity Channel this week with
several new features such as full content search options, thematic and
regional pages and special focus sections. The site will continue to
provide you the information and resources, including this email digest,
related to ICT for development and digital opportunity issues.

But, in order to receive this weekly digest in the future, you must become
a member of Digital Opportunity Channel. Registration for membership is
free of cost and as a member you can choose to receive weekly email
digests not only from Digital Opportunity Channel but from other OneWorld
sites too, containing the latest news and other content on issues that
matter to you.

If you have already registered as a member of OneWorld or any of its
sites, then you do not need to register again. You can use your existing
nickname and password to log in to Digital Opportunity Channel from 15
August 2003 and opt in to receive this and other OneWorld digests.

If you have not yet registered as a member of OneWorld, please join using
the “Login” option on Digital Opportunity Channel from 15 August 2003. You
