Dear list members, The next session of my course on "ICTs for Developing Countries" will start April 14th, 2003. As in the past, this course will be offered through the USDA Graduate School. What is new, however, is that the course will also be offered in Spanish at the same time, but through Knowledge for Development, LLC. The Spanish version of the course is being developed and will be taught by Mila Gascó. It is not a translation of the English version but rather an adaptation with a Latin American target audience in mind. You can find out more about the Spanish version of the course on Knowledge for Development's web site. Below is some basic information for the English version that I will be teaching. INSTRUCTOR: Barbara Fillip, Ph.D. <http://www.knowledgefordevelopment.com> INSTITUTION United States Department of Agriculture - Graduate School, aka USDA Graduate School.
