Today's New York Times has a long article on the problems of
the Internet in the developing world. High costs, old
equipment, uneven infrastructure. In it, Scott Robinson is
quoted about the failure of the telecenter project in
Mexico. Dr. Robinson spoke at GK97 in Toronto.
