HURIDOCS News no. 24 - request for articles As editor of the HURIDOCS periodical HURIDOCS News, I am looking for articles for the next issue, no. 24, which will appear in the last quarter of 1999. Contributions should deal with human rights and information handling, and be relatively short (max. 1500 words). They can be sent in any of the three languages in which the newsletter is published: English, French and Spanish. So let me have your suggestions!
