The website for the conference "Converging Responsibility -
Broadcasting and the Internet in Developing Countries" has
been significantly updated and improved.

The conference will take place Sept. 4-6 in Kuala Lumpur,
Malaysia.

The conference will not so much look at Internet
broadcasting, or webcasting, but at the use of the Internet
by independent, community and public service broadcasters
for networking, news and information exchange, research, and
community development projects.
