Arun-Kumar Tripathi offered some impressions and questions
on the nexus of netrevolution, censorship and the internet.
May I draw his attention to a site UNDP recently launched
under its overall INFO21 site. This dedicated human rights
site can be found at:
<http://www.undp.org/info21/hr/hr-main.html> which discusses
the various aspects of interaction, influence and impact of
ICTs on human rights. Your comments and suggestions on this
site are much welcome.
