May I offer Education for Sustainable Development -- which has environmental, socio-political, economic, and cultural aspects -- as an over-arching framework for values-related curricula such as those outlined below. Please see the UNESCO and UNESCO Bangkok websites for what this might entail (www.unesco.org and www.unescobkk.org).
