Dear Colleagues, Please take note that there is a call for application for the Asian Thematic Training Program on Human Rights and Humanitarian Law. The training will take place between October 11-15, 2004 in Bangkok, Thailand. Closing date for application is on August 20, 2004. The training program has been developed jointly by the Office of Human Rights Studies and Social Development at Mahidol University and the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law, Lund University, Sweden.
