As previous years, we are very much happy to inform you of the 4th Prakash
Kaphley International Solidarity Award (PKISA).

later than July 25, 2004.  The final selection of the nominee will be
finalised by the PKISA Nomination Committe and declaration of the same will
be made on July 31, 2004 - Prakash Memorial Day.
