In-Country Director - Azerbaijan

The Country Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and
reporting on technical legal assistance (law reform, training, and
institution-building) projects in the host country. The Country Director
oversees the work of long- and short-term legal specialists posted to the
country as well as locally hired staff.

Requirements: prior management experience & excellent written/oral
communication skills; JD or equivalent; excellence in domestic practice; 5+
yrs of international development experience. Russian language skills and
