The Academic Centre for Management Studies (ACMS) is an education center established to be the country's leading provider of courses, training and seminars in the areas of law and management. In January 2003, the ACMS will launch the first legal journal which will get published six times a year. The first legal journal will not only be distributed free to the State of Qatar but also free to all GCC countries' businessmen, arbitrators, judges and lawyers (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman United Arab of Emirates and Qatar). ACMS would like to invite your association to take apart in our journal, this invitation is also extended to any of your institution members who wish to participate in the journal. As to the issues that the journal want to address, the ACMS has no restriction to accept any international and regional conventions reports, comments, articles, court decisions, arbitral awards and cases abstract as long as it does not exceeding two A4 pages. We would be grateful if you could circulate our request to your members and colleges.
