ABA/CEELI, American Bar Association Central and East European Law Initiative, is looking for an international human rights expert to participate in a series of roundtable discussions in Morocco on revisions to the penal procedure code. Expert should have the ability to discuss international conventions and standards that pertain to issues such as due process and use of torture. The programs will take place on April 19, 22, 24, 26, and 29. We are looking for an expert to participate in all of the programs, but are willing to consider candidates who would be available for at least three of the five.
