1. NGO IS SEEKING ASSISTANCE WITH CAPACITY BUILDING IN MONITORING
ELECTIONS AND POLICE (SIERRA LEONE)

Dear Sir/Madam, 

We are a human rights organisation that is watching the activities of the
police in our country, Sierra Leone. we are not having the proper capacity
to do the job we are aiming to do, for that reason we have decided to ask
organisations that have the capacity to teach on human rights to come to
our assistance.

Please pass this on to others that will want to help. We desperately
because the election in our country is very close and we need to properly
monitor the police for better delivery of service.

3. SEEKING ON-LINE ACADEMIC TRAINING IN INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS LAW

Dear colleagues, 

I work as Human Rights Assistant in the United Nations Office of Human
Rights in Angola, I desire to improve my knowledge on international human
rights. Could you please help me to find a good university or college
which I can be trained on line?

I have 9 years of experience in the UN, I have got many trainings on human
rights, now I need a University level training in order to improve the
quality of my job.

I will appreciate your assistance on the matter above referred.
