[hr-education] Re: First phase of the World Programme for HRE

Greetings. I think we can start the ball rolling on the updates about the
World Programme for Human Rights Education (WPHRE) by a report on how far
your working group has, or its members have, promoted it. This report may
inspire others to make their activities also shared to the international
HRE community.
