Application Materials Now Being Accepted The Ohio Northern University LL.M. program in Democratic Governance and Rule of Law is now accepting applications for the class of 2007. This program is open to lawyers from countries with transitional democracies who are working in the public sector. The program is fully funded, including a monthly living stipend for the students.
