1. LOOKING FOR RESEARCH ON THEORY AND PRACTICE OF SANCATIONS

Greetings. I am interested in researching the theory and practice of
sanctions. My aim is to hammer out an essay which surveys sanctions in the
world today and informed opinions about them, ultimately making some
conclusions about what kinds of sanctions work best for the human rights
environment and what conditions yield the best human rights results.

I would appreciate suggestions for people to contact (for an interview or
email exchange of ideas) and things to read. At this point in the process,
I've done extensive keyword searching via Google, which has yielded some
helpful sources. But it's just a start.

Thank you.

2. SEEKING SOURCES FOR FINANCIAL AID-LLM HUMAN RIGHTS AT UNIVERSITY OF
CAPE TOWN (SOUTH AFRICA)

Dear all,

My sister has been admitted to the Feb-Nov 2007 LLM (specialization Human
Rights) at the University of Cape Town, South Africa and she needs
financial assistance to cover her tuition and residence fees (approx
8,000USD) before Febraury 2007.

Does anyone know any scholarships available to her whose deadline is open
and whose funding will be available before Feb 2007? If anyone knows any
generous organization/individual that might be willing to assist or a
scholarship available, please email me: dianekampala@yahoo.com.

Many thanks in advance.

3. LOOKING FOR STUDY RESEARCH MODEL ABOUT BEHAVIOUR AND ATTITUDES RELATED
TO HRE

I'm working over the master thesis about "behaviours and attitudes changed
from delivering of human rights education". I'm planning to develop this
subject in Tirana, the capital city of Albania.

I'm very munch interested to have any study research developed in this
prospective in any other developing country.

Have a nice week work,
