Hürriyet Sunday, November 12, 2006 17:06 Human Rights Education Committee formed Turkey has formed a group of government leaders to help implement a UN educational human rights programme. The National Human Rights Education Committee will implement in Turkey the UN World Programme for Human Rights Education, and submit its work to the UN High Commission for Human Rights. The committee will have representatives from the Office of the Prime Minister, the Ministries of Justice, Internal Affairs, Foreign, National Education, Health, Culture and Tourism. There will be one 1 representative each from the General Directorate of the Association of Social Services and the General Directorate of the Status of Women.
