1. SEEKING PDF VERSION OF "HUMAN RIGHTS HERE AND NOW"

Does anyone have a PDF version of Nancy Flowers (ed), "Human Rights Here
and Now"? I realize it is available on-line without copyright restrictions
but I need a stand alone pdf version for a group of workshop participants
that I can load onto a cd.

Thanks in advance,

Todd

2. LOOKING FOR INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT TO EDUCATION OF CHILDREN WITH
DISABILITIES

Dear friends and colleagues:

As you may know, my next report to the Human Rights Council will be
focused on the right to education of children with disabilities.
Therefore, I would like to request your help in order to gather required
information on this theme.

I am pleased if you could use a questionnaire as a guideline and would
also be so grateful if you can send me related information as soon as
possible. The questionnaire can be found at:

3. REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE WITH DISTRIBUTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS TEXTBOOKS
(CAMEROON)

Dear HREA,

Fostering human rights education in primary and secondary schools in our
country has gotten roots after serious consultations with officials of
national education in our country. Human rights is to be taught now in our
schools.

We tendered "ABC: Teaching Human Right-Practical activities for primary
and Secondary schools", a series on the United Nations Decade for Human
Rights Education to our Ministers of Basic and Secondary Education for a
case study and after that studies, the book has been recommended to be use
as a human rights textbook in primary and secondary schools.

We are coming to your assistance requesting 5000 copies of this books to
be distributed amongst pupils, students educators and teachers in our
primary and secondary schools since this book is lacking.

We do believe that this book will assist in infusing human right issues
into subjects already taught in schools.

We shall be grateful for your assistance to enable young Cameroonians to
be aware of their rights while looking forward to hear from you.

Our Best Regards
