Index Global HRE listserv June 2005-May 2006

Dear Members,

Last month the Global Human Rights Education listserv existed seven years.
Below you will find an index of all the messages that were distributed on
the List during the past 12 months. The Index is organised by topic and
includes the URL (Internet address) of each message in the Web archive of
the List.

If you would like to have a copy of the Index in a PDF file, please visit
http://www.hrea.org/lists/hr-education/ . On this webpage you will find
all indexes of the Global HRE List since 1999 and also an archive of
listserv messages since then.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all 3,627 list members
from 165 countries for their interesting and important contributions, and
for being part of this truly unique virtual global community, during this
sixth year of the Global HRE listserv. A total of 298 messages were
distributed on the list this past year, which included announcements of
upcoming training opportunities, new learning materials, consultancies and
grants, information on various HRE initiatives, research, discussions on
best practices and sharing of ideas and lessons learned from over 85
countries, including for example Afghanistan, Argentina, Australia,
Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Cameroon, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia,
Egypt, Guyana, India, Iraq, Japan, Macedonia, Morocco, Netherlands,
Nigeria, Northern Ireland, Nigeria, Pakistan, Poland, Peru, Philippines,
Russian Federation, Rwanda, Slovenia, South Africa, Thailand, Uganda,
Ukraine, United Kingdom, USA and Zambia.

Best wishes,

Frank Elbers
On behalf of HREA and the moderators
