3. SEEKING PARTNERSHIP AND SUPPORT FOR YOUTH RIGHTS EDUCATION PROJECT IN
KENYA

Hello,

YES (Youth Education Support) (www.yes.or.ke) is a non-profit, voluntary
scouts friends support organisation focusing on orphans youth development
through education. Orphans support is the basic foundation of the
organisation with an aim to support them access enjoyable and attractive
schemes of education and training aimed at encouraging their physical,
mental, social and spiritual development.

"Education is a fundamental human right. Every individual, irrespective of
race, gender, nationality, ethnic or social origin, religion or political
preference, age or disability, is entitled to a free elementary
education".

"Education about human rights is closely related to the right to
education".

YES (Youth Education Support) is currently implementing YES Project in
Kenya which involves reaching out to the orphan youths, responding to
their expectations and ideas and fostering useful and long-lasting skills.

YES supports the youth through education, training and advocacy. Youth
rights education is one of our target areas of education.

We would like to enhance our youth rights education project through your
partnership and support.
