1. SEEKING MATERIALS ON CHILD LABOUR, CHILD RIGHT TO EDUCATION, CHILDREN
AND CHILDHOOD STUDIES (NEPAL)

Dear Colleagues,

I am working at the Curriculum Development Centre of Nepal. Working as a
curriculum officer I have to fulfill my great responsibilities of
developing, designing, preparing school level curricula and curricular
materials. We are going to integrate human rights, child rights, women
rights and the contents to combat child labour into the school level
curricula and thus we need to develop textbooks, training manuals, and
resource materials for students, teachers, trainers and educational
managers accordingly. However, lack of literatures, I felt several
difficulties. I knew that ILO is the pioneer one in the area of child
labour, child right to education, children and childhood studies and also
have published numbers of literatures, books, research reports, manuals
nationally and internationally. etc.

If your institution has a policy of supporting the institution like us
through supplying your materials with free of cost, I would like to
request you to send them. The supplied material would help us
significantly in order to explore the curricular contents. For your
perusal, I have given the following mailing address as well:
