Dear All, Ours is a national institution engaged in training professional paralegals across India on women' rights, tribal rights, dalit rights and so on. We also work for accreditation and registration of the trained paralegals and further advocate for a particular role for the registered paralegals in various justice delivery mechanisms existing in the country. We are currently, in the process of developing different formats or designs for post-training performance evaluation of these paralegals. This is to seek information and tips from those involved in similar work of training professional paralegal workers or those engaged in initiatives on human rights and social justice through a cadre of paralegal workers, on what may be the indicators that the organisation training and accommodating paralegal workers in its organisational structure, can have to assess their performance in the community. Please suggest if there are any resources available on this topic on the Internet. It would also be interesting to learn from other organisations experience of assessing their paralegals. Sincerely, Gauri Gauri Arvind Bhopatkar Coordinator Indian Institute of Paralegal Studies Flat No. 7, Shubhamkar Apartment Bhusari Colony, Kothrud, Paud Road Pune 411 038 Telephone No. +91-20-25282320 ======== Global Human Rights Education listserv ======= Send mail intended for the list to < >.
