1. LOOKING FOR DOCUMENTS ON THE HISTORY OF THE RIGHTS OF THE CHILD

Dear colleagues,

First of all thanks for sending me the information which is definitely
usefull for me. Some few words about me. My name is Kishore and I am based
in Goa (India). As I work with human rights issues and doing my research
on to find out the level of understanding on child rights at different
sections of society and also the problems facing to implement the
Convention on the Rights of the Child. As it is an international document,
are the domestic law in effect etc. It will be helpfull for me if I can
get some document on the history of rights of the child.

2. SEEKING INFORMATION REGARDING MORAL RIGHTS AND LEGAL RIGHTS

Hello to all,

I have been teaching at Department of Human Rights, Saurashtra University
and I am looking for more information regarding moral rights and legal
rights with its human rights perspective. Have tried to do research on
that but it's not of much help. Can I get some more information regarding
this?
