SEEKING CASES OF INTRODUCTION OF HRE IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS Hi, I am doing my master's degree at the American University in Cairo and am writing my thesis on human rights education. And I am examining the case of HRE in Philippine as the first country mandated HRE in its constitution. I am looking forward to your help in providing me with appropriate materials of HRE programs that could help me in analyzing the introduction of HRE in the context of formal education. One chapter is based on a hypothetical project which aims to introduce human rights education to secondary schools in Sudan. I am currently looking for examples of similar projects which have been carried out in other countries, so that I can compare and contrast my hypothetical project plan with real projects and thus learn from their evaluation and experience. I would be most grateful if you could contact me with details of organisations who have carried out such a project, or a contact person who would be able to point me in the right direction. I look forward to hearing from you soon, Many thanks, Siham Siham al-Mujamar E-mail: smugamar@aucegypt.edu ---------- 3.
