[hr-education] Plan of Action (A/59/525) in Russian

Dear colleagues,

first of all I would like to wish you a happy Human Rights Day and hope
this day will be really happy for all of you.

Some days ago all UN language versions of the Plan of Action for the first
phase (2005-2007) of the proposed World Programme for Human Rights
Education were placed at the Web site of the United Nations. I would like
to draw your attention to the fact that the Russian translation is really
terrible from the point of view of both law and pedagogy (e.g. the
competencies approach which is present in the original English text was
lost in the Russian one). It is impossible to distribute such translation
as an official document. I have wrote to Elena Ippoliti but she is absent.

Could we make anything to correct the situation? At the moment I have
almost finished the correction of the translation.

And please check the translations from English to Arabic, Chinese, French
and Spanish.
