Re: HRE at 60th session of the UN Commission on Human Rights

Dear All,

The joint NGO statement of 18 NGOs was addressed at the Commission
this morning.

Below is the text of the draft resolution, as of Monday 19 April,
prepared by Costa Rica and available to public at the Commission
today.

At present, 25 Commission Member States are co-sponsoring this draft
resolution. Other Member States still may joint to co-sponsor this
draft resolution before the day of adoption, expected to take place
on Wednesday 21 April. It is certainly worthy that NGOs/civil
society organisation continue lobbying in constructive dialogue with
the government of the Commission member states countries in their
respective countries' capital till the end.

Let us see how it goes in 2 days from now...

Sincerely,

Kazunari Fujii
