The Cinema and the Human Rights
"File of a Vice Crime "Mallaf Fi Al-Adab" as Model

Public Invitation

              The Human Rights Association for the Assistance of Prisoners
organizes an artistic evening about the movie "File of a Vice Crime" in
27/2/2004, continuing the program of the Cinema and the human Rights,
which is adopted by HRAAP. This evening includes showing the movie and a
discussion about the circumstances of producing and showing it, and the
role of the cinema in asserting and confirming the human rights.

             The artist Dr. Nagy Fawy will present the main discussion
paper and will manage the discussion. The participants in this discussion
are:

   a.. The great actor Salah Al Sa'daney.
   b.. The great actress Olfat Imam
   c.. The great actor Ahmed Bedier
   d.. The great actor Said El Sheimy.

The movie will be shown completely from 5 pm to 7 pm, following it
directly the discussion and an open tea buffet.

             The evening will be held in El-Lutes hall in Pyramiza hotel
in El-Dukki, opposite to Cairo Sheraton hotel.

             It is worth mentioning that this symposium is the 19th of the
symposiums which were organized by HRAAP since May 2002 about the movies
El-Karnak, El-Heroub, El-Mazag, El-Avocato, Halawat El-Rouh, Waraa
El-Shams, El-Sarkha, Ehna Betoua El-Autobis, El-Bedaya, Kalam Fi
El-Mamnoua, El-Bareea, El-Heroub men El-Khanka, Thalatha Ala El-Tareek,
Eadam Taleb thanawy, Zowar El-Fagr, Bawabat Eblies and Night and Bars, all
these movies were organized within the framework of the activities of
HRAAP against the phenomena of torture in Egypt. Also, these activities
include discussions, conferences, an artistic evening and exhibitions.
