[***Moderator's note: The English version of this announcement can be found below the Russian version.***] Уважаемые коллеги, Мы рады проинформировать Вас, что Хельсинкский Фонд по Правам Человека организует в Варшаве с 28 февраля по 7 марта 2003 года Международную зимнюю школу по правам человека. К участию в школе мы хотим пригласить активистов правозащитных неправительственных организаций из стран СНГ ранее не принимавших участия в школах по правам человека, организованных ХФПЧ. Программу и формуляр заявки на участие в школе Вы можете найти на нашем веб-сайте www.hfhrpol.waw.pl Наш Фонд возмещает путевые расходы участников и обеспечивает их проживание в Варшаве. Участие в школе бесплатно при условии присутствия на всех занятиях. Занятия будут сопровождаться синхронным переводом на русский язык. Желающих принять участие в школе, просим выслать нам по факсу или электронной почте следующие документы: - заполненную заявку на участие, - короткую автобиографию (curriculum vitae), - рекомендательное письмо от организации. Просим принять во внимание, что крайний срок подачи заявок 30 декабря 2003 года. Документы должны быть заполнены на компьютере или печатной машинке. The School is intended for human rights activists, teachers and young lawyers from Central, Eastern European and CIS countries. Our program combines lectures and discussions on the historical and philosophical background of human rights, domestic systems of protection of human rights, international systems of protection of human rights, and aspects of some selected rights: rights of minorities, rights of refugees etc. The organizers will cover full accommodation (in double rooms) and materials. The School will be held in Warsaw-Miedzeszyn, Poland, from 28 March to 7 April 2004. The School's working language is Russian.
