The latest COYOTE Magazine is now also available online! Dear Colleagues, It is my pleasure to announce that the summer 2003 issue of the Coyote Magazine is now also available online at the Partnership website: http://www.training-youth.net/site/publications/coyote/coyote07/index.htm Coyote is published by the Partnership Programme in the framework of the continuing co-operation agreement between the Council of Europe and the European Commission on Training-Youth. The theme of this 7 issue is European Citizenship. The lead article as well as two reactions explore this complex notion from a variety of perspectives. You will also find other articles, organised according to the usual Coyote sections. We welcome any reactions or suggestions about the magazine in general or this issue in particular. I should also like to remind our readers that you can start and contribute to debates and discussions on Coyote articles at the Discussion Forum of the Partnership web site.
