1. SEEKING PARTNERSHIPS TO ESTABLISH HUMAN RIGHTS UNIVERSITY OF PAKISTAN

Dear colleagues,

It is to draw your kind attention that the proposal of Pakistan's first,
ever, Human right University has been finalized by the expertise in
Pakistan during the National Human Rights Conference on 10th December 2002
on the Universal Day of Human Rights arranged by the International Human
Rights Observer (IHRO). Our Organization is already offering certificate
courses in Human Rights Education through its unique project Pakistan
Institute of Human Rights (PIHR) since 2001.

IHRO is scheduling to introduce this University in year 2004 and planning
that the University will start functioning in early 2005. IHRO requires
the guidance and supervision of experts so that they can direct us for the
operating of this grand project. We therefore, request to send a
structural kit so that we can prepare our basic structure and other course
material etc. IHRO need assistance in shape of material, experts and
sponsorship in kind and cash .Your any contribution will be remembered in
the history of Pakistan to establish the first ever university on human
rights. We are enclosing the proposal as attachment.

2. WANTING TO SHARE EXPERIENCES ON HRE FOR AGED PERSONS (CAMEROON)

Dear Sir,

We have set up a drama group and the performers are aged people. The
themes are all oriented to the human rights of aged persons. Should you
have any idea on making it better, please don't hesitate to suggest it to
me.
