1.  SEEKING FUNDING FOR SEMINAR PARTICIPATION

Dear Colleagues,

I am George Abang Tawoh, a Cameroonian aged 31,the
founder and the General Commissioner of the Limbe
based human rights NGO known as the Association for
the Protection of Women's and Children's Rights in
Cameroon (APWCR).

I have been selected to participate in the Hornby
seminar on human rights education and language
development on the 13-25 July 2003 at
Bucharest-Romania.

I here solicit for airfare assistance from Cameroon
to Abuja-Nigeria for my Romania visa and via Romania
and also the registration fees of GBP 200.

2. LOOKING FOR SPONSORSHIP FOR REFUGEE STUDIES DEGREE PROGRAMME

Dear Members,

I am a Russian national from Bangkok, Thailand where I
work as an educator, teaching Human Rights Programme
and volunteering with Amnesty International Thailand
as a Refugee Coordinator since last year.

I am accepted into the Refugee Studies Programme with
the University of East London. Would anyone know where
I can find at least some funding to cover the fees of
the Programme?
