Human Rights Education listserv during the past two weeks. At the bottom

1.  INTERNSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT

The Palestinian Human Rights Organization-(PHRO),
a Beirut-based NGO working to enhance the legal rights
of Palestinian refugees in Lebanon, is accepting
applications for paid internships.

Interns work on a variety of tasks including:

-Writing for its English-language newsletter, Hokouk (Rights)
-Research for lengthy reports
-Participate in preparing Human Rights monitoring reports
-Conducting administrative tasks

The successful applicant will have an interest in
human rights, Palestinian refugees, fluent English and
computer skills. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus, but not required.

2. REQUEST FOR PARTNERSHIP AND MATERIALS

Dear Colleagues,

The Association des Femmes Africaines pour la Recherche et le
Developpement - Togo would like to build partnership with your
organization, and benefit from your experiences and programs. We
would also like to be receiving your publications and conference
papers free of charge to enrich the Documentation and Information
Centre of our organization. Materials in both French and English will
be highly welcomed.
