1. LOOKING FOR MATERIALS ON HUMAN RIGHTS AND THE MILITARY

Dear listserv members,

Can any of you refer us to articles, modules or other materials on the
subject of human rights and the military, in particular the issue of human
rights implications for military planning?  We are in urgent need to put
together some reference materials and would appreciate to know if you have
come across information on this subject.

2. SEEKING INTERNATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS FOR EXCHANGE PROGRAMMES
