Scholarships will include tuition and required fees, room and board, transportation, and contingency expenses. DEADLINE NOTE: Applications generally need to be completed approximately eighteen months in advance of the planned study period. Eligible applicants must hold (or if retired, have held) a full-time college or university appointment for three or more years, but need not hold (or have held) a specific rank. Grants are available for up to ten months. DEADLINE NOTE: Application is made through the applicants local Rotary Club. Application deadlines are set by individual Rotary Clubs. Applicants must contact their local club for information. Club deadlines will usually be set between April and August 2003 for 2004-05 award.
