Dear Listserv Members, The Human Rights Sub Committee of the Joint Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs Defence and Trade of the Australian Federal Parliament is conducting an inquiry into human rights and good governance education in the Asia Pacific Region as part of the UN Decade for Human Rights Education. For information see attached the terms of reference for the Sub - Committee's inquiry. Any information on this issue, particularly on the current situation in the Asia Pacific region and where more work needs to be done would be most welcome.
