Human rights education will be one of the focuses to be discussed in the framework of (i) partnership between NGOs/civil society and the UN and international agencies, (ii) national and regional implementation of HRE, (iii) the UN Decade for HRE and after 2004. Educators in the field of human rights as well as sustainable development (involves deep-rooted human rights context) in the Asian region are more than welcome to join the forum.
