[hr-education] Assignments in OSCE democratisation projects

I contacted you in late 2000 regarding my company's contract to provide
U.S. citizens to the OSCE (Organization for Security and Cooperation in
Europe), and you agreed to distribute an announcement to your students, 
colleagues, or to a listserve you manage. We are at a point of needing to
increase our pool of qualified applicants again for some upcoming
projects. It would be great if you could post this annoucement again for
