European Master's Degree in Human Rights and Democratisation (E.MA) Call for applications a.y. 2002/2003 One year full time E.MA with the active support of the European Union First semester (September - January) in Venice Second semester (February - July) in one of the 27 participating universities This unique academic programme gives the opportunity to learn about human rights and democratisation in theory and practice through study in Venice and in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. 90 Places are open to EU citizens, to non-EU citizens and to citizens of European Countries that have applied for EU membership. All non-EU applicants must obtain a study visa covering the entire duration of the academic year (September 2002 - September 2003).
