[hr-education] No messages from 4 October - 9 November 2001

Dear members,

As announced earlier, the moderators will be taking a break from the list.
During the period 4 October - 9 November 2001 the Global Human Rights
Education listserv will not be moderated. During this time, we will not
post messages or answer correspondence. Members are welcome to continue to
send messages to the list for distribution beginning on Monday, 12 November
2001.

We sincerely thank all 2300+ list members for their active participation in
this global community.
