XII Международная школа по правам человека в Варшаве
Уважаемые коллеги,
Мы рады сообщить Вам, что Хельсинский Комитет в Польше и Хельсинский Фонд
по Правам Человека проводят XII Международную Школу по Правам Человека.
Школа предназначается для активистов правозащитного движения,
преподавателей и молодых юристов из стран Центральной и Восточной Европы и СНГ.
В нашу программу включены лекции на темы: исторического и философского
происхождения прав человека, внутренних и международных систем защиты прав
человека, а также некоторых аспектов отдельных прав, например прав
меньшинств, прав беженцев и т.д. (см. программу в приложении).
Занятия будут проводиться на английском, русском и польском языках.
Участники должны свободно владеть одним из языков школы.
Организаторы оплачивают дорожные расходы (поезд или самолет эконом-класс),
а также предоставляют бесплатное проживание и питание.
Школа будет проводиться в Варшаве - Медзешине, Польша, 8-15 сентября 2001 г.
Желающих принять участие в школе просим заполнить прилагаемый бланк
заявления, и вместе с автобиографией (на 1 лист) и рекомендательным
письмом от организации, отправить обратно в Фонд до 30 июня 2001 г.
(крайний срок), e-mail'ом, факсом или почтой. Просим иметь ввиду, что
участники будут выбираться организаторами из числа всех желающих, подавших
заявления; то есть не все претенденты будут приняты. Те, кто будут выбраны
для участия, получат приглашения до 30 июля 2001 г.

Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to inform you that the Helsinki Committee in Poland and the
Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights are organizing the 12th International
Summer School on Human Rights.
The School is intended for human rights activists, teachers and young
lawyers from Central, Eastern European and CIS countries.
Our program combines lectures and discussions on the historical and
philosophical background of human rights, domestic systems of protection
of human rights, international systems of protection of human rights, and
aspects of some selected rights: rights of minorities, rights of refugees
etc.
English, Russian and Polish are the languages of our Summer School.
Ability to communicate well in one of the above languages is required.
The organizers will cover round-trip travel expenses (train or air -
economy rates), accommodation and meals.
The School will be held in Warsaw-Miedzeszyn, Poland, on 8-15 September
2001.
Please find below an application form which you should send back to our
Foundation by 30 June 2001 (deadline) by fax, e-mail or post (please
attach 1 page curriculum vitae and letter of recommendation from your
organization). Please note that the organizers will select participants
from amongst applicants: not all applicants will be accepted. Those
accepted will receive an invitation by 30 July 2001.
