Dear Colleagues, The Canadian Human Rights Foundation (CHRF) is currently in the process of developing its "Human Rights Education Training for Trainers, Phase 3" Program which will be held in Kazakhstan in March of this year. The main focus of Phase 3 is selecting and adapting human rights training activities for particular target audiences. The target groups of the participants to this program would include for example, teachers, NGO trainers, government officials, police/military. Therefore we are seeking "new" ideas for activities that our participants will be able to take away with them to use in their own training. In particular we are looking for: - activities that would address values and attitudinal change, - opener/icebreaker type activities, - the content of human rights, - skills building in the the practice of promotion and protection of human rights, - other activities that you feel are good also any materials that are available in Russian. We would be greatly appreciative of any assistance as to activities and/or location of resources. Thank you very much. Sincerely, Kendall-Jane Rundle Canadian Human Rights Foundation 1425, boul.
