Dear friends, HREA is in the process of revising its 1997 publication "Human Rights Education Resourcebook" through the generous support of the Constitutional and Legal Policy Institute (COLPI) of Budapest. In the last two years, over 500 copies have been distributed worldwide, and the electronic version is accessed on the HREA web site hundreds of times monthly. A draft version of the revised edition is now available for review by a select number of HRE professionals. We would be very grateful if you could take the time to read those portions of the draft that pertain to geographical areas with which you are most familiar. The draft document can be accessed via the Internet at: http://www.hrea.org/test/HREresourcebook If you don't have access to the World Wide Web, we can send you a copy via e-mail. We very much welcome your corrections and additions to all sections of the Resourcebook. If we have left out organisations, please send us the full contact information and description.
